How to test it
An agreed trial with synthetic documents covers a supported answer, a question without a source, an updated document and a denied access. A citation alone does not establish that an answer is correct.
Where is the data processed?
Klaus, our document assistant, uses Mistral. Data flows and processing locations are recorded in the specific proposal. It is distinct from the administrative product Hallo Klaus. Bespoke assistants with open models run on your hardware or selected European infrastructure. Sources, logs, backups and maintenance access are defined before use.
