What we deliver
We agree an operating plan with responsibilities, changes, checks, backups and incident reporting. The scope includes maintenance instructions, data export and handover to your IT team. Availability and response arrangements follow the agreement.
How to test it
Recovery is recorded in a test environment. For model or source changes, agreed examples are compared before and after the update. A backup job alone does not establish that recovery succeeds.
Where is the data processed?
Operation on customer hardware or selected European infrastructure requires controlled maintenance access, logs and backups. Location, permissions, retention and deletion are defined for the specific system. Remote support takes place by agreement.
